Sales funnel

Your sales funnel keeps running while you work

Crumm captures new leads automatically, fills in their details, tracks who is warming up and follows them up for you. That way you spend your time on the conversations that actually matter.

How it works

From first sign-up to a deal in your pipeline

  1. A lead comes in

Someone fills in your ad form on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, and that contact appears in Crumm straight away. If the same person signs up again, Crumm links that sign-up to the contact that already exists.

  2. Details added

If a chamber of commerce number is included, Crumm retrieves the legal form, the activity, the number of employees and the registered address from the trade register. For individuals, Crumm can look up a business email address and check whether it is valid.

  3. Points for behaviour

Every contact automatically earns points for what they do, from opening an email to booking a meeting. Above the threshold you set yourself, a lead counts as warm.

  4. Rules do the work

You define what should happen for a new contact, for a lead that reaches the threshold, or for someone who replies. Crumm then enrols that person in a campaign, creates a deal or sends you a message.

  5. Getting in touch

Your follow-up sequence sends emails and LinkedIn messages with the waiting times you decide. As soon as someone replies, the sequence stops for that person automatically and you see the reply in your outreach inbox.

  6. A deal in your pipeline

A good conversation turns into a deal, and it is already waiting in your pipeline with the right owner. From there you create your quote, your project and your invoice in the same system.

What you get

Everything you need to follow up on leads

Leads from your ads, in automatically

You connect your ad forms from LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok to Crumm with one secure connection, and every submission arrives as a contact. Other systems connect the same way. Per source you decide what happens next, so a lead from an ad is handled differently from a sign-up through your website.

Company details without the digging

Given a chamber of commerce number, Crumm retrieves the legal form, the activity by industry code, the number of employees and the registered address from the trade register. For individuals, Crumm can look up and verify a business email address. So you know what kind of company you are dealing with without having to go searching yourself.

See who is warming up

Contacts automatically earn points for their behaviour: an opened email is worth 1 point, a click 3, a reply 10, a submitted form 15 and a booked meeting 25. An unsubscribe or an email that bounces subtracts points, and old points expire after the number of days you set. Your contact list can be sorted and filtered by score, so you can see at a glance who you should be calling today.

Rules that take over the follow-up

You set what should happen and when, for example that a new contact automatically enters a campaign or that a deal is created as soon as someone hits the score threshold. That deal goes to a fixed colleague or in turn to the whole team. The execution log shows what happened for each rule, and if something went wrong it says why.

Follow up by email and LinkedIn

In a campaign you line up a series of steps, with emails, a connection request and messages on LinkedIn, and with the waiting time you choose per step. You decide the hours during which messages go out and how many are sent per day per account, and the personal salutation is filled in automatically. Replies from email, LinkedIn and Instagram arrive in one inbox, and anyone who answers drops out of the sequence. On Instagram, Crumm only replies to incoming messages, because Meta does not allow unsolicited ones.

The rest of your admin is already there

Your customers, your pipeline, your quotes, your invoices, your products, your projects, your hours and your appointments live in the same system, together with the forms for your own website and a portal for your clients. So a lead who becomes a customer never has to be retyped anywhere. That saves you a pile of separate tools that do not talk to each other.

Reaching out responsibly

You never contact people you should have left alone

Existing customers are skipped in campaigns by default, unless you explicitly allow it per source or per campaign, and there is an exclusion list where you can add individuals, companies and entire email domains. Anyone who unsubscribes is added automatically and is not contacted again. Per campaign you record the legal basis you are working on, legitimate interest or consent, and for every enriched detail the source remains visible. Crumm also checks the SPF and DMARC settings of your sending domain and can limit campaigns to verified email addresses, so your messages actually arrive and your sender address keeps a good reputation.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know

Is this not just spam?

No, because you decide who you approach and Crumm keeps that in check. Existing customers are skipped by default, unsubscribes are added to an exclusion list automatically, and per campaign you record the legal basis you are working on. There is also a daily limit per account, so you do not send out hundreds of messages in a single morning.

Do I need to be technical to use this?

No. Connecting a lead source comes down to placing one secure link in the ad platform, and beyond that you set everything up by making choices on screen. The rules work on the principle of "if this happens, do that", and the execution log shows you whether it worked.

Does this work with my own email?

Yes, you send from your own email account and your own domain, so your recipients simply see your address. You set the hours during which messages go out and how many are sent per day. Crumm checks the SPF and DMARC settings of your domain, so your messages do not end up in a junk folder unnecessarily.

What if I already have customers in the system?

They stay where they are and are not approached as leads by default. If an existing customer does sign up through a form, Crumm recognises the email address and merges the details with the contact that already exists. If you do want to include a customer in a campaign, you indicate that per source or per campaign yourself.

Can I try it first?

You can start free with the quote generator to get a feel for how Crumm works. If you want to go further, you start with Starter at € 5 per month and pay monthly, so you are not tied in anywhere. If you like it, you can move up to a bigger plan later.

Do I have to start using everything at once?

No, and usually that is not wise either. Many business owners start with capturing and scoring leads, and only switch on the follow-up sequences once they know which story lands. Modules such as projects, invoices or enrichment you switch on when you need them.
