crumm crm is a service of Cyber Inc B.V.

1. Definitions

In these terms the following definitions apply:

• We / us: Cyber Inc B.V., provider of crumm crm.
• You / customer: the natural or legal person creating an account and using crumm crm.
• Service: the online software application crumm crm, including all functionalities, updates and support.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every use of crumm crm and form an integral part of the agreement between you and Cyber Inc B.V. By signing up or logging in you agree to these terms.

3. Use of the service

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use crumm crm for your own business operations.
• You are responsible for the data you enter, including personal data of your customers or contacts.
• You will not use crumm crm for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

4. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• We recommend using a strong password and two-factor authentication where available.
• All actions performed through your account are deemed to have been performed by you.

5. Subscription and payment

• Use of crumm crm is based on a subscription per user, per month or per year.
• Prices are listed on our website and exclude VAT.
• Annual subscriptions are invoiced in advance; monthly subscriptions are invoiced monthly.
• Payment must be made using the payment methods we offer.

6. Term and cancellation

• The subscription runs for the selected period and renews automatically unless cancelled in time.
• Cancellation can be arranged through your account settings or by contacting support.
• After termination you still have 30 days to export your data; after that it will be deleted.

7. Maintenance and availability

• We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We regularly perform maintenance and updates to improve the quality and security of the service.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit or loss of data.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

9. Data protection

Using crumm crm involves the processing of personal data. We act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy policy for more information.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. You will be informed in advance by e-mail or in the application. If you do not accept the amended terms, you may terminate the subscription.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
